Do I pay for AI processing?
No — we don't sell AI. Transcription, translation and dubbing run either on your machine via bundled local models (free, private) or through your own OpenAI API key (pay-as-you-go to OpenAI). Your data and keys never touch our servers for AI work.
Local models or OpenAI — which should I pick?
Local models (Whisper, NLLB, Coqui XTTS) are free and private but need 2–3 GB of disk and a reasonably modern laptop. OpenAI is faster and often higher quality but you pay OpenAI directly. You can configure both and the app will pick per task in Settings → AI.
How does billing work?
Payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle handles tax and currency conversion worldwide, so your invoice is compliant wherever you are. Cancel or switch plans anytime from your account settings.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. See our Refund Policy for details.
What video formats are supported?
We support all major video formats including MP4, WebM, MOV, and AVI. Upload your own videos to create interactive experiences.
Is my content private?
Yes, all your projects are private by default. You control who can view your interactive videos.
What is AI Slide Deck generation?
Upload a presentation (PDF/PPTX) and each slide becomes a separate video fragment with AI-generated narration. You can also upload individual images and add custom text for the AI to narrate.
