Refund Policy

VideaMind offers a straightforward refund policy for paid subscriptions processed by Paddle, our merchant of record.
1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription with VideaMind. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your first paid charge, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Email support@videamind.com from the email address associated with your VideaMind account.
- Include the Paddle transaction ID from your receipt (optional but speeds up processing).
- We'll confirm within 1 business day and issue the refund via Paddle.
Refunds are processed by Paddle to the original payment method. You should see the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
2. Refunds After the 14-Day Window
Outside of the money-back guarantee, subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer-protection law (for example, the EU right of withdrawal for digital services that have not been fully accessed, or equivalent rights in the UK, Australia, and similar jurisdictions). If you believe you are entitled to a statutory refund, contact support@videamind.com and we will review.
We do not issue partial or pro-rated refunds when:
- You cancel mid-cycle. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and your account is downgraded to Free at renewal.
- You do not use the Service. Access is available regardless of usage.
- You exceed a plan limit and choose to downgrade before the period ends.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle self-service portal linked in your receipt email. Cancellation is immediate: no further charges are made, and your paid features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your card issuer without contacting us first, Paddle may freeze future transactions on your account. If a dispute is resolved in our favour or reversed, we reserve the right to suspend the account. We strongly encourage you to email us before initiating a chargeback — we almost always resolve things faster than the bank.
5. Failed Payments
If a renewal charge fails, Paddle will retry according to its dunning schedule. If retries are unsuccessful, your account will automatically downgrade to the Free plan. You will not be charged for the failed period. You can update your payment method and re-subscribe at any time.
