Plan Limits

LimitFreePlusProTeam
Max space size (content + exports)
"Max space size" means the maximum total amount of data that may be stored for your account at any time across (a) uploaded or generated content (including fragments, clips, previews, and related project assets) and (b) exported output files (e.g., rendered MP4 files) that are retained in our storage until you delete them or they expire under the retention policy. Storage usage is calculated based on the object size reported by our storage provider. If you reach this limit, you may be unable to upload new files, generate new fragments, or create new exports until you delete content or upgrade your plan. We may apply reasonable technical rounding and caching when displaying usage; the actual enforcement is based on our recorded storage usage.

Max projects
"Max projects" means the maximum number of active projects that may exist under your account at any given time. A project is considered "active" if it has not been permanently deleted. Archived or hidden projects may still count toward this limit if they remain stored. If you reach this limit, you must delete existing projects (and any associated stored assets) or upgrade your plan to create additional projects.

Max fragments (nodes)
"Max fragments" means the maximum total number of fragments/nodes that may be stored under your account at any given time across all projects. A fragment/node may represent a video/audio segment, generated clip, imported asset reference, or other discrete unit defined by the product. Fragments that remain stored (including those not currently used in a chain or timeline) may still count toward this limit until deleted. If you reach this limit, you must delete fragments or upgrade your plan to create more.

Max source upload (per file)
"Max source upload (per file)" means the maximum size of a single file you may upload as a source asset for processing and conversion. The file size is determined by the size reported at upload time. If a file exceeds this limit, it will be rejected or the upload may fail. This limit applies per individual file and is separate from your total storage limit. We may impose additional technical constraints required for security, reliability, or platform compatibility.

Export retention
"Export retention" means the maximum period we retain exported output files (such as rendered videos) in our storage, unless you delete them earlier. After the retention period ends, exports may be automatically deleted to manage storage and performance. Retention applies to export files only and does not necessarily apply to your project content or source assets, which may be governed by separate limits and deletion actions. We do not guarantee recovery of exports after deletion or expiration.

Exports per month
"Exports per month" means the maximum number of export render jobs that may be initiated under your account during a billing month. An export is counted when the render job is started (regardless of completion or failure). Unused exports do not roll over to the next period unless explicitly stated. If you reach this limit, you may be unable to start additional exports until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

Max export file size (per export)
"Max export file size (per export)" means the maximum size of a single exported output file that may be generated and stored by the platform. If an export is expected to exceed this limit, the export may be blocked, truncated, or require adjusted settings (such as resolution, bitrate, or duration). This limit applies per export file and is separate from total storage limits.
